The project focuses on supporting innovative activities in lessons and in the after-school club. It allows us to develop new approaches to learning that better match the needs of children today – approaches that encourage them to be active, creative and able to think in context. The school thus becomes a living environment where learning makes sense and connects naturally with real life.
Support for teachers and their further training is another important part of the project. Teachers can develop their skills, share experience and get to know modern teaching methods. Continuing professional development is precisely what keeps a school good – it lets us respond to a changing world, to children’s needs and to the new challenges education brings.
The project also strengthens the role of the teaching assistant, who gives children individual support in lessons and during other activities. The assistant helps create a safe, stimulating environment in which every child can develop at their own pace and experience success. Having an assistant present improves cooperation in the classroom and everyone’s wellbeing.
By bringing together innovative teaching, support for teachers and individual care for pupils, the project contributes to the school’s quality and sustainable development over the long term.
